• Claim within 14 days of your first payment.
• One refund per customer.
• Request by email to [email protected] — no forms to fill in.
• Refunds are returned to your original payment method via Stripe; payment-processing fees may be non-refundable.
• Fraud or violation of our Terms of Service voids the guarantee.

The guarantee covers AI Lab Pro (monthly or yearly), the founding rate and Lifetime.

Cancelling AI Lab Pro

You can cancel at any time. Use the link in your Stripe receipt, or email [email protected] and we'll do it for you. Your access continues until the end of the period you've already paid for, and you won't be charged again.

Outside the 14-day guarantee, we don't give partial refunds for unused time. If you cancel a founding membership, the founding rate ends with it.

How refunds are paid

Refunds go back to your original payment method through Stripe and usually arrive within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.
