Terms of service

These terms apply to capstoneailab.com and to Capstone AI Lab memberships. The Lab is operated by Capstone Consulting and Training, a sole proprietorship registered in Singapore ("we", "us"). By joining the waitlist or buying a plan, you agree to these terms.

1. What you get

• AI Lab Pro (monthly or yearly, including the founding rate) gives you access to the members area while your membership is active. That covers Week 0, the step-by-step tool builds released so far, each new build as we release it, and Enoch as your AI mentor.
• We release one new tool build every week until all 12 are live, then a new tool each month. We may update or replace a lesson when the AI tools it relies on change.
• Lifetime gives you the same access for as long as we operate Capstone AI Lab, with no renewal charges.
• The founding rate ($19.90/month) is limited to the first 100 founding members. It stays the same for as long as your membership stays active without a break.

2. Billing

Prices are in US dollars. Stripe processes payments and, for purchases, acts as the merchant of record, adding any sales tax or VAT that applies where you live. Memberships renew automatically each month or year until you cancel. If we ever change the price of AI Lab Pro, we will tell you at least 30 days before your next renewal, and founding rates are not affected.

3. Cancelling and refunds

You can cancel at any time. Our refund policy explains the 14-day money-back guarantee and what happens when you cancel.

4. Your account

Your membership is for one person. Please don't share your sign-in links or resell access. You must be 18 or older to buy a plan.

5. What you build

The tools you build are yours. Our lessons, prompts, templates and videos are licensed to you for your own personal and business use while you have access. You may not republish or sell them.

6. AI and third-party services

The tools you build rely on third-party AI services, such as Claude, ChatGPT and Gemini. Those services have their own terms, and some charge their own fees. AI output can be wrong, so check it before you rely on it, especially for legal, financial, medical or customer-facing use. Enoch is an AI mentor; its answers are guidance, not professional advice.

7. Acceptable use

Don't use the Lab or the tools you build to break the law, to harm or deceive people, to send spam, or to try to break into our systems. If you do, we may end your access without a refund.

8. Liability

We provide the Lab with reasonable care and skill, but we can't promise particular results. To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that can't be excluded.

9. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms. If a change is significant, we'll post it here and email members. These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore.
